ghargh mishavam
(and i will drown)
Ghargh Mishavam (I Will Drown) explores the quiet moment where identity begins to dissolve under pressure. The fragmented portrait emerges from layered digital textures and distorted Persian typography, creating a space that feels both intimate and unstable.
The neon green and deep red palette suggests emotional overload a visual tension between visibility and disappearance. The floating head, partially submerged, reflects the sensation of losing clarity while still remaining conscious of the process.
Rather than depicting literal drowning, the piece captures a psychological state: the feeling of being overwhelmed by thoughts, expectations, and the weight of one’s own mind. It exists in the fragile boundary between control and surrender.
